Shipping policy

Where we ship. India only. We deliver to every pin code our courier partners serve. We do not ship internationally.

Dispatch. Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of confirmation. Cash on delivery orders are confirmed by call or WhatsApp before dispatch, so please keep your phone reachable.

Delivery time. Typically 5 to 7 days from dispatch, depending on your location. Remote pin codes can take longer. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking. You receive a tracking link by SMS and email once the parcel leaves. If it has not arrived within 3 business days of ordering, write to us.

Shipping charges. Free shipping on all orders. Any charge would be shown at checkout before you pay. Nothing is added after checkout.

Multiple pairs. Sets of two or three pairs ship together as one parcel.

Cash on delivery. Available where the courier supports it. Please keep the exact amount ready. A parcel refused at the door, or not collected after two attempts, comes back to us. Repeated refusals may mean we ask for prepaid payment on future orders.

Failed delivery. If the courier cannot reach you they will try again. If a parcel returns to us undelivered, we will contact you to reship it or refund a prepaid order.
