Terms of service

These terms govern your use of vantexsunglasses.in and any purchase from it. The site is operated by YOUR NAME, trading as Vantex, CITY, STATE. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Eligibility. You must be 18 or older, or ordering with a parent or guardian's consent, and you must give accurate contact and delivery details.

Products. We sell sunglasses. Product images are for illustration and colours can vary between screens and in different light. Anything listed on a product page is that product's stated specification. These are fashion eyewear, not medical devices, and they are not prescription lenses.

Pricing. All prices are in Indian Rupees. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. We may change prices at any time. The price you see when you place your order is the price you pay.

Set pricing. Discounts for two or three pair sets are applied automatically at checkout when the qualifying quantity is in your cart. Set pricing cannot be combined with other discount codes.

Orders. Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation from us. We may cancel an order if the product is unavailable, if the price was listed in error, if we cannot verify your delivery address, or if we suspect fraud. Prepaid amounts for cancelled orders are refunded in full.

Payment. Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card or UPI details. Cash on delivery is available where supported and is subject to confirmation by call or WhatsApp.

Delivery and returns. As set out in our Shipping policy and our Return and refund policy, which form part of these terms.

Communications. By ordering you agree to receive messages about your order by SMS, email or WhatsApp. Marketing messages are sent only if you opt in, and you can opt out at any time.

Intellectual property. The Vantex name, wordmark, photography and site content belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.

Liability. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at CITY have exclusive jurisdiction.

Grievance officer. Under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020: YOUR NAME, EMAIL, PHONE. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month.

Changes. We may update these terms. The version on the site when you order applies to that order.
